Information collected
Through the quote form: first name, last name, phone number, email address (optional), address and postal code of the service location, details about your needs and the page your request comes from (including advertising campaign parameters).
Information collected automatically
Your IP address (protection against abuse) and the approximate city provided by our hosting provider, used only to suggest your service area, without being stored.
Use
To answer you and have the E360S division in your area prepare your quote. Your information is never sold.
Service providers and hosting outside Quebec
Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database, Canada region), Resend (emails), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-robot protection, which receives your IP address), Upstash (limiting the number of requests: your IP address and email address are kept there for one hour at most), Google (audience measurement and advertising, if you accept them) and Meta (advertising, if you accept it). These providers may be subject to foreign laws, including the U.S. CLOUD Act.
Retention
Your quote requests are kept for 24 months, then deleted automatically, along with the related follow-up notes.
Your rights
Access, correction, withdrawal of consent and deletion: write to the person in charge named above.
